The Christmas Club is opening its doors
This December, Domein Oogenlust will provide the setting for an exclusive winter experience for groups of 50 or more who wish to enjoy a special Christmas or New Year’s Eve celebration together. In an atmospheric pop-up restaurant, fine dining, hospitality and the overall experience come together in a fully catered evening, from the welcome to dinner and a festive finale.
Culinary delights
For the culinary aspect, we work in partnership with Hutten Food & Design. Guests are welcomed with a festive welcome drink and refined amuse-bouches, followed by a carefully curated dinner showcasing the finest seasonal flavours. Choose between a sit-down dinner served at the table or a dynamic walking dinner where surprising dishes are served throughout the evening.
For those who wish to extend the evening, a closing drinks reception, cocktail bar or festive after-party are also among the options. We’d be happy to work with you to come up with a programme that’s perfectly suited to your group.
Stunning overall décor
For over 45 years, Oogenlust has been renowned for creating unique experiences that bring together nature, atmosphere and the overall experience. For the Christmas Club, we transform our event venues into a cosy Christmas wonderland with impressive décor, atmospheric lighting, luxurious table settings and an intimate ambience that perfectly suits the festive season.
Included in the package
The Christmas Club is a fully managed all-inclusive package that covers all the essentials. From operational support, cleaning and venue facilities to complete Christmas styling, table decorations and atmospheric décor for reception, dining and lounge areas.
In addition, we provide professional lighting and sound equipment, including lighting, a sound system, microphones and, if required, technical support for presentations or speeches.
Full catering by Hutten Food & Design is also included, comprising a four-course dinner, a drinks package, crockery, waiting staff, a kitchen team and operational support.
For organisations wishing to round off the evening in a particularly festive manner, additional options are available, such as a DJ set and extensive facilities for a lively after-party.

The Christmas Club has been specially designed for larger groups of around 50 people or more. Thanks to the flexible layout of the venues, we can cater for both intimate gatherings and larger events for up to 200 guests.
