As an HR officer at Oogenlust, you know better than anyone what is going on within our team. You will act as a point of contact for our employees and your administrative duties will be wide-ranging. You will also be responsible for developing and advising on strategic HR policies, as well as implementing and executing these policies. You have an initiating role towards team leaders and management and are accountable to them.
What will you do?
- Act as first point of contact for our employees from all departments with questions on HR-related issues
- Act as liaison between employees and management
- HR portal management
- Internal communication from HR (announcements)
- Leave and absence management
- Hours and staff administration, maintaining staff records
- Preparing vacancies, conducting introductory interviews, coordinating on/off-boarding
- Initiate, conduct and follow up on six-monthly planning and appraisal interviews with employees
Who are you?
- HBO working and thinking level with relevant work experience and education
- Up to date with current laws and regulations, for example reintegration, care leave, sickness policy and UWV
- You have integrity and communication skills
- You can work independently and take initiative
