As a back office employee Project Planning & Logistics, you are the administrative link between the operational team and the team in the office. You keep the overview and know exactly what needs to be done yesterday, today and next week. Thanks to your proactive attitude, you ensure that our event planning runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition, you support the office manager and logistics coordinator with various administrative tasks and monitor the follow-up of ongoing projects.
Your duties will include:
- Monitoring and adjusting the schedule so that everything is completed correctly and on time.
- Hiring external crew and processing these timesheets.
- Distributing work orders for the relevant departments.
- Efficiently managing the logistical planning of hired materials.
- Managing leave and requesting employee availability.
What are your skills?
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good command of the office package (especially Word and Excel); online you can find your way around well.
- You work in a structured way, are able to prioritise and separate main issues from minor ones. You do not lose sight of details.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- You don't let yourself go crazy in the moving world of events.
