As an administrative assistant at Oogenlust, you will support an immediate colleague with administrative work for one regular client. You will help with tasks such as maintaining e-mail, processing project requests and preparing quotations. Further duties include order processing and following up on schedules. You arrange and enter standard transports. You will create sales invoices and initiate projects abroad for which you sign up work and book travel.
What are your skills?
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- You are computer literate and easily master systems. Good command of the office package (Outlook, Excel).
- You are able to work independently and know how to get things done.
- Correct use of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is not a problem for you.
- Knowledge of several languages such as German/French/Spanish is a plus.
What are your attributes?
- You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- You are meticulous, like structure and work in a planned way.
- You don't mind performing repetitive work.
